This uses <a href="http://www.semicomplete.com/misc/xmlfo/sitebook.xsl">an xsl template</a> to generate <a href="http://www.semicomplete.com/misc/xmlfo/sitebook.fo">an xmlfo document</a>. Then it uses fop (an apache project) to turn the xmlfo into a pdf.
